Using a Cellular Repeater system can overcome this problem.    A  cellular repeater is basically an advanced amplifier system which takes the mobile signal from outside the building, amplifies it and distributes it inside the building.  

 

Systems can be small covering a single room or area upto a complex antenna system covering many rooms and floors, even entire office blocks.
