Sitenett Systems was initially established to provide a range of IT & telecoms services to construction companies for their site operations.  In doing this we have built up a no nonsense approach to providing a range of technologies from start to finish and not only deal with the construction sector.  

Increasingly different technologies are converging around IP based computer networks. Examples of this are telephony and CCTV.  We aim to bring you these technologies from an IT perspectiveas well as from a product perspective. What's the point of installing an IP based CCTV system in a location and not integrating it with the existing network.  This way,  the efficiency and flexability that integration into IP networks brings is manitained, rather than using IP based products because they are the latest thing and installing them as stand alone systems.   

Coming from a background of being the customer and end user, the company was established through the desire to offer a service based on producing value and savings.  Although we are engineers, we will use phrases such as Return on Inventment etc, more often used by accountants.  We are passionate about what we do and love nothing more than a tricky job in a challenging environment. We even

work in offices!

Theres nothing worse than speaking to salesmen who are selling a solution who either don't know the technical answers or who, once the sale is made, is not accountable for the end result.   Engineers all over the world agree that there is nothing worse than starting a project to find out that the entire product is wrong or is not going to fullfil the objectives that were required in the first place and to the companies embarrasment, the salesman has dissapeared.  If we recommend a product or service and it doesn't work out,  it's on our shoulders. So it is in our interests to ensure that our reccomendations are honest and realistic.  

By dealing directly with the engineers who install the product you are not only getting an honest approach, but also not subsidising salaries of sales teams and call centres.  

We are a small company and cannot service large national contracts, nor do we want to.  Anyone can put in a low tender and fail to fulfill, compromise the interests of existing customers or go bankrupt in the process.    However, we are experienced in managing projects and are happy to bring in contractors, but only if this is going to fulfill not only the projects objectives but ours as well.  

Above all we are flexible, happy to work directy for the customer, end user or as a contractor to a service provider.  If there is a project or solution that we have never done before, talk to us, we are engineers and installers and have built up our current service offering from trying something new.
